INVINCIBLE, a studio feature filming in Dallas from October 18-20 is seeking the following paid EXTRAS: males and females (all ethnicities) are needed for a football stadium scene. An OPEN EXTRAS CASTING CALL will be held at KD Studios (2600 N. Stemmons Fwy, Suite 117) on Saturday, October 1st from 11am to 5pm. No need to bring headshots/resumes -- digital photos will be taken at call.

KD Studios
2600 N Stemmons Fwy., Suite 117
Dallas, TX 75207

--------

This is some info I've found on this film.

Mark Wahlberg and Elizabeth Banks will co-star in the fact-based Disney sports flick "Invincible," says The Hollywood Reporter. The movie's about a Philadelphia Eagles fan who accepts an open invitation to try out for the team, and not only makes the cut -- but becomes a city-wide sensation in the process.

Based upon the true story of Vince Papale, the Disney production marks the directorial debut of cinematographer Ericson Core.

Ms. Banks will play the lead's love interest, despite the fact that her character is (gasp) a Giants fan!"

--------

Leading off is local casting director Annie Hedgpeth. She wanted me to let you know that she's casting for extras for a football movie called Invincible, from Walt Disney Pictures. Mark Wahlberg and Greg Kinnear are starring in the film.
OK, I might be able to buy Wahlberg, even though I think he's like 5-8. But
The scene Annie is casting for is a 1975 Cowboys-Eagles game at Texas Stadium. Off the top of my head, the Cowboys won that game, 27-17.
Here are some details if you're interested:
Date: Sat., Oct. 1
Time: 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Location: KD Studios at 2600 N. Stemmons Fwy., Suite 117, Dallas, Texas, 75207
Shoot days: Oct. .18-20
Pay: $67.50 per 10 hours

------

Sorry guys, just found out - no minors! Oh well.

Not really if you think about it! 67.50 every *10* hours............That's about 6.75 an hour. Well I wish that the Charity show was a different day now! That would be so much fun to be in!!!!!!!!!!!

Krislyn is right. Zachary gets paid more as a soccer referee than that... For a 32 minute game and a 5 minute halftime, Zachary gets paid $8.00. That's almost $16.00 per hr... How about that??? That's for an under 6 year old game. For a U8-U10 he works for 40 min with a 10 min half for $10.00...

It costs $50. to attend the clinic and take the test. Then you have to pass the test. The uniform and accessories costs another 50 bucks or so. It'll take Zach working about 12 games to be able to repay me for my investment... The reason I did it as well is for my taxes. You see I get to deduct that 100. bucks as well as all my mileage to & from the soccer games off my taxes at the end of the year... Stuff you won't understand till you start filing tax returns with the IRS...
