what a waste of a perfectly good cerebrum.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villian. . . . . .

Christmas is over, I got what I wanted.

I was on a train that didn't wreck.

The drawbridge operator had taken his son to work with him. The boy was curious, as most boys are, and went down a hatch. He slipped and his ankle was caught in the gears, the man desperately tried to pull him out. The train was coming, too close to slow down, the man had to make a choice. He took one last look at his son, then pulled the lever to lower the bridge, killing his son, but saving everyone on the train. The sad thing is, even though every one of them owes thier life to that man, most were simply oblivious to what exactly had happened.

I was a passenger on that train, God the operator, Jesus his young son. He sacrificed His Son for me, even when I didn't know him.

Christmas celebrates that young boy's birthday. Jesus Christ, the innocent sacrifice to an undeserving group of sinners.

This story kinda paints a sad picture in your mind. Most of us don't think about the cross that way, none of us realize the intensity of a father offering his own son's life for someone else.

Fortunately, Jesus rose from the dead and gave people a second chance too!

Think about that.

Were you not listening? Of course it's sad, just think how God feels! But he loves those train passengers anyways, even though he lost his son.

The cool part of the story, though, is that Jesus is not dead!
