Hello all you parents, you.

Talk about the OCAG parents' group plans and upcoming news.

Hello all you parents, you.

Postby Marissa on Tue Sep 20, 2005 11:11 am

Hi all.

I'm basically putting this in because I couldn't stand to see one of our little categories blank while the others are doing so well.

As usual, I will depend on parents to do such trivial things as build the sets, make all the props and costume the show.

I know of certain parents who are always wonderful and help out until they drop. We have a lot of new children in Hello, Dolly! though and so I was wanting to get a "Parent's List" going.

Will all parents (new and not new) let me know if they'll help with the show? Again, I already know some of you who will but....play my game anyway, please and tell me here. :cheesy:

Oh, its a new Marissa game huh? OK, I'll play. You know, Ben, Jim , Brittany's dad and I can work together. We've done it before and we can build sets like magic. Lay out a plan and select the materials & we'll carry it out.. OK, Miss Artistic Director?

Yes, Isn't it. But then again I think most of the parents really contributed a lot during the last production. Don't you think?

I love all of "my parents."

Mickster, I'll let you know as soon as I have some idea of what kind of sets we're going to have. Sigh. That's an idea. It is too bad that my set crew can't have different ranks but that might be asking a lot of Regina.

Just think though Mickster. Your goal could be "Technical Director." Oooh Aaah.

And yes, Randi's Mom - Rhonda. Too bad I couldn't get you to sew costumes and/or fix costumes for the entire cast. Gee. You've never been helpful at all when it comes to costumes. Ha.

You can add me to your list. I can sew, bang nails, paint, whatever. My mom may be willing to help some, too. She's great at sewing.
